We sincerely thank you for your support and contributions to Vietnamese Voluntary Foundation (VIVO) for many years. Since VIVO's establishment in 1979, we have been continuously providing Northern California community many beneficial programs at two offices in the cities of Stockton and San Jose. VIVO has successfully carried out programs such as vocational training, employment referral, ESL and VESL classes, citizenship class, food distribution, smoking cessation program, and senior assistance. In recent years, our programs have not been stable due to shortage of funding from the government, county, and city. As you know, for years, VIVO has been trying our best to sustain.
