Trước việc Trung Cộng xâm chiếm bờ cõi Việt Nam
NHẬN ÐỊNH
Thứ nhất: Kể từ 1945 đến nay, Cộng Sản Việt Nam đã cấu kết với Trung Cộng để thiết lập hệ thống Cộng Sản toàn trị với ý đồ nhuộm đỏ toàn thể Á Châu. Sau khi cướp được VNCH, Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam hoàn toàn lệ thuộc vào Trung Cộng: do đó Cộng Sản VN đã dâng hiến Trường Sa – Hoàng Sa, và vùng biên giới bắc Việt Nam cho Trung Cộng.
Thứ hai: Tháng 5 năm 2014 Trung Cộng đã đem giàn khoan dầu 981 đặt trên thềm lục địa VN và tháng 6 năm 2014 dự định di giàn khoan thứ hai vào gần Việt Nam để chứng minh vùng biển đảo của VN đã là của Trung Cộng. Nhân dân Việt Nam tức thời đứng lên phản kháng lại sự xâm lược trắng trợn của Trung Cộng. Nhà cầm quyền Hà Nội cùng Đảng Cộng Sản VN không những chỉ phản đối lấy lệ mà còn đàn áp, bắt bớ, gian cầm những người yêu nước và chống xâm lăng.
Thứ ba: Trung Cộng đã ỷ thế lấn hiếp các nước chung quanh vùng biển Đông bằng một đường ranh giới hình “lưỡi bò”, vi phạm trầm trọng công ước quốc tế về luật biển, đe dọa và có tiềm năng xẩy ra chiến tranh gây nguy cơ phá vỡ hòa bình thế giới.

Thứ nhất: Thỉnh cầu Liên Hiệp Quốc và các Quốc gia yêu chuộng tự do, hòa bình trên thế giới hãy can thiệp, bắt buộc Trung Cộng phải tôn trọng qui ước quốc tế, rút ngay giàn khoan HD 981 ra khỏi thềm lục địa Việt Nam và cấm đặt thêm các giàn khoan khác.
Thứ hai: Trung Cộng phải chấm dứt xâm phạm lãnh thổ, lãnh hải và vùng đặc quyền kinh tế của các nước láng giềng tại Ðông Nam Á. Mọi tranh chấp phải được giải quyết theo qui định quốc tế dưới sự giám sát của Liên Hiệp Quốc.
Thứ ba: Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam là chính phạm trong việc rước Trung Cộng vào xâm chiếm Việt Nam.Muốn hóa giải việc mất Hoàng Sa – Trường Sa hay các phần đất biên giới bị Trung Cộng chiếm của Việt Nam; chúng tôi kêu gọi toàn thể đồng bào trong nước hãy đứng dậy cương quyết đòi hỏi tự do, dân chủ, độc lập để giải thể bạo quyền bán nước do Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam cầm đầu.

Regarding the Chinese Invasion of Vietnamese Coastline
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
First: Since 1945 until today, China has conspired with the Communist Party of Vietnam to establish and spread a Communist totalitarian system to the entire Asian Far East. After conquering the Republic of Vietnam, the Communist Party of Vietnam has become entirely dependent on Communist China: therefore it is very likely the Spratley and Paracel Islands, and borders surrounding Northern Vietnam will be voluntary yielded to China.
Second: In May of 2014, China moved Oil Rig 981 to the continental shelf in the South China Sea near waters claimed by Vietnam. At the end of June 2014 China plans to move a second rig in Vietnamese waters in an effort to establish that these waters are in fact Chinese. The people of Vietnam immediately resisted and stood up against this blatant invasion of China. The government and the Communist Party in Hanoi appeared to support the people but have instead repressed protests, and imprisoned protesters of China’s aggression.
Third: China’s reliance on bullying tactics and intimidation, and its intention to spread them around to countries surrounding the South China Sea, a boundary shaped like a ‘beef tongue’, are serious violations of international conventions on Maritime Law, with the serious potential risk of sparking war and disrupting world peace.
BECAUSE OF THESE REASONS,
THE VIETNAMESE ABROAD PEN CENTER (VAPC)
IN UNISON RESOLVE:
First: We urge the United Nations and freedom-loving nations that support peace in the world to intervene, by forcing China to respect international conventions, and therefore to pull Oil Rig 981 right out of the Vietnamese continental shelf and by prohibiting China from adding another rig to these waters.
Second: China must stop infringing upon the territory, territorial waters and exclusive economic zones of neighboring countries in Southeast Asia. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with international regulations under the supervision of the UN.
Third: The Communist Party of Vietnam is complicit with China in its violation of Vietnamese territory. In order to neutralize the potential loss of the Spratley and Paracel Islands, and borders surrounding Northern Vietnam to Communist China, we call on all the People of Vietnam to take a stand against the tyranny of those Vietnamese Community Party Leader who have sold out the country and to adamantly demand freedom, democracy and independence.
