Đóng góp vào nỗ lực chung

Thưa Anh/Chị,

Hai bức kháng thư phản đối việc trưng bày tượng HCM trong bảo tàng viện Mimasaka, đề ngày 1/1/2018, đã được gởi qua đường bưu điện đến Thị trưởng và Chủ tịch Thành phố.

Tôi xin cám ơn Anh/Chị đã tham gia ký tên vào kháng thư. Hai bức kháng thư không mang danh nghĩa hay phù hiệu của một tổ chức duy nhất nào vì đó là một nỗ lực chung của tất cả cá nhân và đoàn thể đã đóng góp vào việc soạn thảo kháng thư, phiên dịch, vận động khuyến khích đồng hương tham gia ký tên và thu thập chữ ký. Tôi xin gởi danh sách quý anh chị đã ký tên vào kháng thư kể đến ngày 3 tháng 1, 2018 (đính kèm).

Với sự góp sức của nhiều đồng hương, nhiều tổ chức cộng đồng, đoàn thể, đại diện tôn giáo, đảng phái chánh trị, nhân sĩ, học giả, chánh khách, ở 13 quốc gia (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, Thailand, 

Norway, Switzerland, the United States và Việt Nam), tiếng nói của người Việt sẽ có thể phá tan những quan điểm sai lầm trong dư luận quần chúng thế giới về HCM và đảng CSVN và làm sáng tỏ chánh nghĩa của công cuộc vận động cho Tự Do, Dân Chủ của nhân dân Việt Nam. Để các giới chức thành phố Mimasaka và dư luận quần chúng ở Nhật bản phản ứng thuận lợi, Ban Thường trực Liên Mạng Người Việt Tự Do Toàn Cầu sẽ tiếp tục vận động, thu thập chữ ký và gởi những đợt kháng thư kế tiếp.

Chúng tôi cũng đã đưa kháng thư lên change.org nhằm mục tiêu đạt được số chữ ký tên lên được đến hàng trăm hay hàng ngàn. Chúng tôi xin Anh/Chị tiếp thay phổ biến đến các tổ chức cộng đồng, hội đoàn, các thân hữu, và vận động khuyến khích nhiều đồng hương ký tên.

Chúng tôi cũng đã xin liên lạc với những tổ chức người Việt ở Nhật để đề nghị với những Việt có quốc tịch Nhật, những người Việt thường trú và công nhân Việt Nam đang làm việc tại Nhật đến tiếp xúc với các vị dân cử sở tại, phát biểu ý kiến trên các cơ quan truyền thông và xã hội và biểu tình trước tòa thị sảnh khi cần thiết để phản đối việc trưng bày tượng HCM.

Sau vụ Mimasaka, người Việt Tự Do cần tiếp tục lưu ý để phá giải những công tác tuyên truyền cho chế độ CS ở các quốc gia trên thế giới và báo động nhanh chóng để các cộng đồng người Việt Tự Do trên toàn cầu có thể lên tiếng ngăn chận trước khi việc đặt tượng xảy ra. Hai dự án xây dựng tượng đài HCM trước đây, một ở Cộng Hoà Liên Bang Đức và một ở Áo quốc, đã được chận đứng nhờ phản ứng nhanh chóng và mạnh mẽ của những người Việt cư ngụ tại địa phương cùng với việc tiếp tay gởi kháng thư và những cuộc vận động của những tổ chức người Việt với các chánh khách sở tại.

Chúng tôi xin Anh/Chị tiếp tục phổ biến tin này đến các thân hữu, các tổ chức cộng đồng và đoàn thể ở khắp nơi, để gia tăng hiệu năng cho nỗ lực chung của người Việt Tự Do trong công cuộc vận động chống lại sự tuyên truyền của đảng CSVN.

私達は、日本とベトナムの人々の間の不朽の友情を願い、萩原市長ならびに美作市の人々にご挨拶を申し上げます。

私達は、メディア情報にて、2017年11月21日に、日本とベトナムの外交関係樹立45周年を祝う式典で、美作市役所はベトナム共産党の中央委員会のメンバーによるホーチミン主席の銅像の寄贈を受け入れて設置し、併せて「ベトナム・ホーチミン空間」が美作博物館に作られたことを知りました。

私達は日本とベトナムの友情の絆を深めるあなた方の努力を称賛しますが、同時に、私達はあなた方のホーチミンに対する認識の再考を是非ともお願いしたいと思います。理由は以下の通りです。

私達は、ベトナムの歴史において、はるかに敬愛に値する適切な人物がいることを美作市の皆様にご理解を頂きたいと思います。それは、ベトナムの独立と維持の戦いの中で、13世紀にモンゴルの侵攻を3度破ったチャン フン ダオ、そして、15世紀に明の支配の駆逐に活躍したグエン トライのような方々です。彼等は、真にベトナム人が尊敬する人物です。

一方、ソ連で教育を受けたコミンテルンの幹部であるホーチミンは、ベトナム共産党を創設し、ベトナム人をスターリン主義の独裁政権の支配下に置くためベトナムに戻りました。1950年代に北ベトナムで行われたホーチミン主導のいわゆる「土地改革」において、何千人もの人々が「土地所有者」であるとの理由で虐殺されました。

1960年代と1970年代には、ホーチミンとベトナム共産党の首脳は、10年間に及ぶベトナム戦争の間にベトナム共和国 (南ベトナム) への侵略を開始し、国を荒廃させ、何百万人もの犠牲者を出しました。

日本人は、過去70年のベトナム共産党政権による政敵の暗殺、人権侵害、反政府派の虐待と投獄を許さないことを私たちは知っています。

今日に残る恐ろしい記憶は、ベトナムの人々にこれらすべての残虐行為を招いたホー チ ミンに責任があるのです。

したがって、ホーチミンとベトナム共産党の犠牲者の名のもとに、ホーチミンの盛名に真っ向から異を唱えるとともに、ホーチミンの銅像と美作市博物館の「ベトナム ホーチミン空間」の撤去を切にお願い申し上げます。

独裁と腐敗した共産主義政権の象徴である人物を讃えるよりも、ベトナム史上で敬愛される人物の展示こそが美作博物館の来訪者にふさわしいものと私達は確信しております。

私達は、萩原市長と美作市の人々の幸せを願っています。

Re: Installation of the statue of Ho Chi Minh and Inauguration of the “Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh Space” at the museum of the City of Mimasaka.

Dear Sir,

We write to you on behalf of individuals, community organizations and associations of victims and refugees from Communist Vietnam presently living in Japan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Thailand, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Vietnam.  We recently became aware of the City of Mimasaka’s plans to celebrate the 45^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam. We present our greetings to you and to the people of the City of Mimasaka and extend our best wishes for the enduring friendship between the people of Japan and Vietnam.

Information provided by the news media indicates that on November 21, 2017, the government of the City of Mimasaka accepted a statue of Ho Chi Minh presented by a member of the central committee of the Vietnamese Communist Party and has inaugurated a “Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh Space” at the museum of Mimasaka.

We respectfully implore you to reconsider your recognition of Ho Chi Minh. 

We laud your endeavors to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the

people of Japan and the people of Vietnam. We submit, however that there are other figures in the annals of Vietnamese history who would be much more appropriate for recognition. To extol the fighting spirit and the accomplishments of Vietnamese historical figures in their struggles to regain and preserve our country’s independence, there were many heroes who deserve the veneration of all the Vietnamese people, such as Tran Hung Dao, who defeated three successive Mongol invasions in the 13rd century, or Nguyen Trai who was instrumental in expelling the Ming occupying imperial forces during 15^th centur

Ho Chi Minh, on the other hand, was a cadre of the Comintern, trained in the Soviet Union, who returned to Vietnam to form the Vietnamese Communist Party and put the Vietnamese people under the yoke of a Stalinist dictatorial regime. During the so called “Land Reform” in the 1950s in North Vietnam under the leadership of Ho Chi Minh, ten of thousands of people were put to death on the accusation of being “land owners”. In the 1960s and 1970s, Ho Chi Minh and

the leaders of the Vietnamese Communist party initiated and conducted the invasion of the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) during a 10-year long “Vietnam War” that ravaged our country and caused millions of casualties.

We know that the Japanese people do not condone the assassination of political opponents, the disregard of human rights, the maltreatment and imprisonment of political dissidents continuously perpetrated by the Vietnamese Communist regime for the past 70 years.  Ho Chi Minh is responsible for all these atrocities inflicted on the Vietnamese people, a terrible legacy that remains to this day. 

Therefore, in the name of millions of victims of Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese Communist party, we respectfully protest the honoring of Ho Chi Minh and ask the government of the City of Mimasaka to remove the statue of Ho Chi Minh and the “Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh Space” at the museum of Mimasaka. The visitors at  the Mimasaka museum certainly deserve a true and accurate rendition of the people of Vietnam’s history, rather than another piece of propaganda that only furthers the narrative of a dictatorial and corrupt Communist regime.

We wish you and the people of Mimasaka the best.

Thưa Ông Thị Trưởng,

Nhân danh một số tổ chức cộng đồng và hội đoàn người Việt nạn nhân và tỵ nạn Cộng Sản hiện cư ngụ tại Nhật Bản, Áo, Úc, Bỉ, Canada, Hoà Lan, Pháp, Đức, Na Uy, Thụy Sĩ, Thái Lan, Hoa Kỳ và Việt Nam, chúng tôi xin gởi lời chào mừng đến Ông Thị trưởng và nhân dân thành phố Mimasaka. Chúng tôi vừa được biết thành phố Mimasaka đang chuẩn bị mừng lễ kỷ niệm 45 năm bang giao giữa Nhật Bản và Việt Nam. Chúng tôi xin kính chúc  tỉnh hữu nghị giữa Nhât Bản và Việt Nam luôn luôn bền vững. 

Các hệ thống truyền thông cũng cho biết chánh quyền thành phố Mimasaka đã tiếp nhận một bức tượng Hồ Chí Minh do một cán bộ của Ủy ban trung ương đảng CSVN trao tặng và đã khánh thành khu “Không gian Việt Nam-Hồ Chí Minh trong bảo tàng việc thành phố Mimasaka.

Chúng tôi kính cẩn xin Ông xét lại việc vinh danh Hồ Chí Minh. Chúng tôi hoan nghênh những nỗ lực nhằm siết chặt tình hữu nghị giữa người dân Nhật Bản và Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, lịch sữ Việt Nam có những nhân vật đáng được ghi nhận công đức. Để vinh danh những người có công trạng xây dựng và gìn giữ đất nước và dân tộc Việt Nam, chúng tôi thiển nghĩ quý giới chức của thành phố Mimasaka có thể chọn trong lịch sử nước Việt Nam một trong số nhiều vị đã được nhân dân Việt Nam tôn kính, như Trần Hưng Đạo (thế kỷ 13 đời nhà Trần) hay Nguyễn Trải (thế kỷ 14-15 đời nhà Lê),

Ngược lại, Hồ Chí Minh là một cán bộ của Cộng Sản Quốc Tế được huấn luyện ở Nga Sô và được đưa về Việt Nam để thành lập đảng CSVN và tròng lên nhân dân Việt Nam cái ách thống tị độc tài theo kiểu Stalin. Trong cái gọi là “cải cách ruộng đất” trong thập niên 1950 tại miền Bắc Việt Nam dưới sự lãnh đạo của HCM, hằng chục ngàn người đã bị xử tử vì bị kết án là “địa chủ”. Trong 2 thập niên 1960 và 70, HCM và các lãnh tụ CSVN đã khơi động và điều khiển cuộc chiến tranh Việt Nam khiến cho đất nược Việt Nam bị tàn phà và hằng triệu người thương vong.

Chúng tôi tin rằng nhân dân Nhật Bản không thể đồng tình với những vụ ám sát đối phương, những việc chà đạp nhân quyền, đối xử tàn nhẫn và cầm tù những người bất đồng chánh kiến, những việc mà chế độ CSVN đã làm từ 70 năm nay. HCM là người chịu trách nhiệm về những điều tàn ác đối với nhân dân Việt Nam mà hậu quả còn tồn tại đến ngày nay.

Vì vậy, nhân danh hằng triệu nạn nhân của HCM và đảng CSVN, chúng tôi kính cẩn phản đối việc vinh danh HCM và xin yêu cầu chánh quyển thành  phố Mimasaka hủy bỏ bức tượng HCM và “Không gian Việt Nam-HCM” trong bảo tàng viện Mimasaka. Những khách đến viếng viện bảo tàng Mimasaka cần được biết rõ về lịch sữ của nhân dân Việt Nam, thay vì thấy những màng tuyên truyền cho một chế độ CS độc tài thối nát.

Chúng tôi xin kính chúc Ông Thị trưởng và nhân dân thành phố Mimasaka mọi điều tốt đẹp.
